The Permian Basin Fair is coming around again soon.  The West Texas Garden Tractor Pullers Association and Sandyland Antique Tractor Pulling Association was be at the fair on Saturday, September 12, 2009.  The WTGTPA will start pulling at 11:00 pm with the SATPA starting at 12:00 noon
               
West Texas Garden Tractor Pullers Association (WTGTPA) is based in Odessa, Texas area.  We would love anyone interested in getting started pulling garden tractors to contact Mike or Mart.
